The house

A small house, made with a big house in mind.

The Industrial Mini Mansion is a custom-built tiny home of 258 square feet. Everything a stay needs sits in one bright, private space: a queen bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a full-size shower, and a seating lounge with a smart TV.

From the outside it is corrugated steel, laid in a patchwork of panels, with black-framed windows and a pair of black double doors set with leaded glass. Step inside and it turns warm: white shiplap walls, wood floors, mustard linens and an electric fireplace glowing beneath the television.

The plan

Everything in one long, light room.

The bed sits at one end and the bathroom at the other, with the lounge and the kitchenette in between. Every corner has a purpose.

Inside

Everything you need, from one end to the other.

The bedroom

A queen bed, dressed in mustard and white, between tall windows hung with soft curtains. A little bedside shelf keeps your things close, and the fireplace glows just across the room.

The lounge

A seating lounge with a smart TV, mounted above an electric fireplace. There is a long sofa to settle into, a leather pouf for your feet, and a live-edge side table for your coffee or a book.

The kitchenette: a stainless farmhouse sink with a butcher-block board across it, white marble-look counters, open shelves of plates and mugs, knives on a magnetic rail, a toaster oven and a stainless fridge.

The kitchenette
